I cannot recommend Abhi Rose highly enough, initially my grandma only required assistance with showering so had a carer visit only once a week. However, we had to increase this on several occasions until eventually my gran was receiving professional care from Abhi Rose four times a day. From the very first visit to the last, they treated my grandma with dignity and respect at all times, as if she was one of their own. I know in the few years that my gran had this service, and the continual relationship with the two or three carers that always looked after her so very well, she built up a really good relationship and considered them very dear friends to the last. Abhi Rose also provided excellent support in terms of gran's hospital visits, such as the cancelling of care at very short notice without quibble and then making sure care was back in place as soon as grandma needed it, with sometimes less than a few hours notice, including having to deal with erratic hospital discharge timetables! They were always very understanding and incredibly flexible, including adding additional support straight away as recommended by the hospital.
